Our company’s core business activities include manufacturing of edible oils, cooking fat, multipurpose washing bars and detergent which are produced in state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and come from a group with strong expertise and family heritage since 1938.

Golden Africa Kenya Limited launched its operations in Kenya in 2015. From its inception we have made remarkable progress since our brands first rolled out of the production lines. Our impressive portfolio of high-quality market leading brands have become household names in Kenya.

We aspire to be an organization that applies best manufacturing practices and being environment conscious through increasing renewable energy use. We have embraced the use of renewable energy through solar panels to generate power for our plant.

Our History

Golden Africa Kenya Limited draws its lineage from the Hayel Saeed Anam (HSA) family, which is a diversified multinational group that has established itself in Kenya as a manufacturer of superior quality products ensuring consumer satisfaction every time.

Inspired by our family heritage and long-standing expertise, we are committed to always maximize the returns to all our stakeholders, contributing in a beneficial way to society, while demonstrating our concern for high safety standards and the environment within our facilities and outside, and leave a long-term sustainable legacy.

Quality Policy Statement

We are committed to producing high quality Edible oils and related products by utilizing high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices throughout our production cycle. To achieve this we have implemented a process approach to product realization using cutting edge technology and invested in our staff for consistent customer satisfaction.

We will achieve this by:

  • Maintaining a customer satisfaction rate of at least 80% based on market survey
  • Continuously improve product quality and process efficiency through incessant process improvement initiatives
  • Reducing our manufacturing costs by at least 5% per year through process optimization and sustained preventive maintenance program
  • Maintaining a “Discipline, Performance and Development Culture” within the organization through a robust employee empowerment program and structured performance review.
